Slava Maison, CFA, MSc
Founding Partner and President
Mr. Slava Maison is a seasoned investment and risk professional with a long-standing career spanning decades of experience in both public and private sector. Before launching his global business, Mr. Maison oversaw investment risk and analytics of the World Bank’s pension and liquid portfolios. In the senior role with the World Bank Treasury, Slava worked with central banks and pensions funds managing investment portfolios around the globe. Prior to that, Mr. Maison had a successful investment career at the Inter-American Development Bank, UBS and TD Securities in the USA and Canada.
Mr. Maison successfully completed numerous developmental projects to elevate clients’ investment operations to a new level of excellence. Slava’s systems acumen, strong information technology background and analytical mindset brought cost savings to his clients and improved efficiency and collaboration in diverse organizations.
Mr. Maison is a long-standing CFA charter-holder. He also earned the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation and the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) certification, both from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). He holds Master’s degree in Economic Cybernetics from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in Ukraine.
Dr. Tetyana Kuzmenko, PhD, MBA, MSc

Dr. Tetyana Kuzmenko is a consultant with over 20 years of experience in research, education and individualized training. Her expertise extends to corporate strategic leadership, management processes, employees training and development.
Dr. Kuzmenko had taught organizational behavior at business schools in the US and Canada. She completed consulting engagements for public, private and international companies including Inter-American Development Bank, IMF and European consulting projects for Ukraine.
Tetyana’s cross-disciplinary approach brings best practices from the fields of psychology, behavioral science and education to provide optimal solutions to clients’ needs in strategic development and training.
Dr. Kuzmenko is a proud graduate of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Ukraine, Ball State University, USA, and McMaster University, Canada. She holds Master’s degrees in Economics and Business Administration, a Doctorate degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management. Tetyana is an avid connoisseur of art and an active promoter of corporate engagement with artistic and cultural communities.
